Our Story and Expertise
We started in 2012 because Tampa needed paving contractors who actually listened to their customers. Over a dozen years, we've paved thousands of driveways, repaired parking lots across the region, and handled everything from small patch jobs to full-depth resurfacing projects. That experience taught us how Florida's heat and rain affect asphalt, and how to build driveways and roads that hold up.
Today we specialize in residential driveway installation and repair, commercial parking lot construction and maintenance, pothole patching, full resurfacing and overlay work, milling and removal, and alternative surfaces like tar and chip, recycled millings, and gravel. We also handle private road and HOA paving. Every job comes with written estimates and tonnage specifications so you know exactly what you're getting.
